Terms of use

These terms cover your use of this website. They are not the agreement that governs an engagement — that is a separate written agreement signed by both parties, and if anything here conflicts with it, that agreement wins.

The rates published on this website — $3,000 per engineer per month, and $2,500 at 3 or more — are our standard rates and are offered in good faith. They are not a binding offer until confirmed in a signed agreement. If we ever change them, existing engagements keep the rate they signed at for the duration of that engagement.

Our comparison pages cite third-party reports of other companies' pricing, with the source and retrieval date linked next to each figure. None of those companies publish a per-engineer rate card, so these are reported ranges rather than quoted prices, and they may be out of date or wrong. They are provided for orientation, not as a representation of what any other company will charge you.

All trademarks and company names referenced belong to their respective owners, and their use here is nominative — for identification in comparison — and does not imply any affiliation or endorsement. If you represent one of those companies and believe a figure is inaccurate, email hello@sdl.engineering and we will correct or remove it.
