Privacy policy

If you submit the contact form, we collect the information you type into it: your name, email address, company, project type, budget range, timeline, how you heard about us, and your message. We do not collect anything else about you through this website beyond aggregate, anonymous traffic statistics.

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is cookieless and does not fingerprint or track individual visitors across sites. We do not set advertising cookies and we do not run third-party tracking pixels.

Contact form submissions are processed by Formspree, a third-party form provider, and delivered to our email. Our website is hosted on Cloudflare. Both are processors acting on our instructions.

We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with anyone for their own marketing purposes.

To reply to your enquiry and, if you become a client, to run the engagement. We keep enquiry data for as long as it is useful for that purpose and then delete it.

Email hello@sdl.engineering and we will tell you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. You do not need to give a reason, and we will not ask you to fill in a form to do it.

Anything you share with us during an engagement is confidential and is covered by the agreement we sign with you, which takes precedence over this page.

If we change this policy we will update the date above. We will not make a material change quietly.
